Terms and conditions

1. Seller

2. Scope
These terms govern the distance sale of the products offered on this site. The service is reserved for consumers under art. 3 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), that is natural persons acting outside their trade or profession. For business purchases or larger quantities, please write to us.
3. Products and prices
The products are extra virgin olive oil of our own production, from the harvest indicated on the "The oil" page. Prices are in euro, VAT included, and exclude shipping costs, which are shown before payment. Pictures are indicative.
4. Order and payment
You pay on Stripe Checkout's secure page, by credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer, according to the methods available at the time. The contract is concluded when payment is completed on Stripe Checkout; we then send you an order confirmation email. Card details never pass through our systems.
5. Shipping
We ship by express courier within Italy only, within 2-3 working days of the order confirmation. Cost: €17.00 per order, free for orders of €100.00 or more. Delivery normally within 2-5 working days from dispatch, depending on destination; in any case, delivery takes place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract. On receipt please check the parcel: in case of visible damage, accept with reservation and let us know within 48 hours.
6. New oil pre-orders
New oil from the 2026/2027 harvest is pre-ordered and paid upfront, through a checkout separate from the cart. We ship from mid-November and in any case by 15 December 2026. If the harvest is not enough for all pre-orders, or if we cannot ship by that date, we refund you in full within 14 days, using the same payment method. The 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the oil.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving any reason, by writing to info@pascianella.it: you can use the form below or write to us in your own words. Products must be returned intact, sealed and in their original packaging within 14 days of your notice; return shipping costs are borne by you. We refund the amount paid, including delivery costs, within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier (art. 56 of the Consumer Code). Under art. 59(e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products that have been opened after delivery.
8. Withdrawal form
Model withdrawal form (Annex I, part B, of the Consumer Code). Complete it and send it to info@pascianella.it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

9. Warranty
The legal guarantee of conformity (arts. 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code) covers any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery. If a product is faulty or differs from what you ordered, write to us: we will replace it or refund you.
10. Applicable law and disputes
Italian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. For complaints, write to info@pascianella.it.
